For me, this ten minute meditation is a wonderful stress reliever! So I put on my eye mask and go to my comfy chair and listen and after listening to this, it really helps me relax and feel better. Also, I like to listen to this as a sleep aid. So I play this on my MP3 player in repeat mode and can listen to it over and over. Usually fall asleep in the first five minutes or so.
