Linda’s soothing and mesmerising voice took me in to a pretty deep state of relaxation within the first 5-10 minutes then after that I didn’t remember much of it. After 4 times of listening to it, I made a point of listening to it in the morning when I wasn’t sleepy or tired so that I could hear it to the end. I just about made it to the end, thoroughly enjoying the journey into the Bluebell Wood and back but I was so relaxed that I allowed myself a snooze. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a respite from their stress and anxiety….the benefits are accumulative and I’ve already noticed that my sleep is improving, purely due to the depth and length of relaxation this recording takes me too.
